Cycling day at the Farm under Vtáčnik

On October 1, 2022, the zeroth annual meeting of mountain biking enthusiasts took place in the beautiful surroundings of the Bystričan Valley and its surroundings, starting at the Farm under Vtáčnik in Bystričany, under the auspices of the mayor of the village, Mgr. Filip Lukáča. A Cross Country race with a circuit length of 23 kilometers and a children's race for the smallest in the background of the farm were prepared. The winners in the individual categories of the main race received material prizes. The ambassador of the race was Milan Barényi, the 34-time champion of Slovakia in MTB and cyclocross. The event included excellent food in the form of bryndza dumplings, lamb stew and grilled cheese. Animals in enclosures, a tour of the farm and other interesting activities were prepared for the children.
