Information on filing a tax return

We inform taxpayers who acquired real estate in 2024 by purchase, gift, inheritance or implemented minor constructions and extensions, were issued a building permit, a final approval decision, changed the type of land, or their tax liability ceased, that they are obliged to file a real estate tax return or a partial return for the cessation of tax liability with the Tax and Fees Administration of the Municipality of Bystričany by January 31, 2025.
We inform dog owners and holders who have acquired a dog or whose tax liability has expired that they are required to file a tax return for a dog or for the termination of a tax return for a dog within 30 days of the occurrence or termination of the tax liability.
