The representatives of our local government are again particularly pleased with the above-average voter turnout , which this time in the most beautiful village under the mountains rose to 36.84% . This is two and a half percentage points more than the Slovak average, with which we have finally detached ourselves from the bottom of voters' interest among all 27 states of the European Union after years.

RESULTS OF THE 2024 EUROPEAN ELECTIONS IN BYSTRICANY:

SMER - social democracy 162 votes (30.62%) : Ľuboš Blaha (78 rings), Monika Beňová (68 rings), Erik Kaliňák (67 rings), Judita Laššáková (24 rings) and Katarína Roth Neveďalová (19 rings)
Republic 98 votes (18.52%) : Milan Uhrík (70 rings) and Milan Mazurek (41 rings)
Progressive Slovakia 96 votes (18.14%) : Ľudovít Ódor (63 rings), Veronika Cifrová Ostrihoňová (34 rings), Martin Hojsík (26 rings), Ľubica Karvašová (18 rings), Michal Wiezik (8 rings) and Lucia Yar ( 2 rings)
HLAS - social democracy 44 votes (8.31%) : Branislav Ondruš (13 rings)
Christian Democratic Movement 37 votes (6.99%) : Miriam Lexmann (17 rings)

The following parties, movements and coalitions also received more than 1% of the votes in our local government from you, but they will not send their members to the European Parliament for the next five years: Freedom and Solidarity 5.10%, Democrats 3.78%, Slovak National Party 3.59%, COMMON SENSE 1.32% and the Christian Union 1.13%.
