Together we celebrated one of the most beautiful holidays - Mother's Day

Children made Mother's Day celebrations at the Bystričany Cultural Center more enjoyable with their performance

In the calendar, the month of May brings not only blooming nature, but also one of the most beautiful holidays we know - Mother's Day. It is a time when we stop for a moment to caress the souls of those who have given us life, security, and an endless amount of love with gratitude and respect.
On this lovely occasion, a festive social gathering dedicated to all mothers, grandmothers and mothers-to-be was held on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the Bystričany Cultural Center, who were able to take a break from their daily duties and enjoy a pleasant afternoon prepared just for them.
On this special day, a varied cultural program was prepared, combining sincere words, musical tones, and joyful singing and dancing. Elementary school children, led by their teachers, performed a song full of gratitude and love.
The meeting was held in a warm and pleasant atmosphere and was a small thank you for all the care, dedication and patience of our mothers and grandmothers. We thank everyone who accepted our invitation and spent this beautiful afternoon with us.
