Zoning plan
The spatial plan addresses the spatial arrangement and functional use of the territory. In other words: it determines the conditions under which it is possible to build in the municipality. It answers the questions: what and where to build as a priority. The competent authorities will only allow the implementation of a building that is in accordance with the spatial plan and will only allow it to be built under the conditions set out therein. The spatial plan is approved and is the responsibility of the municipal council. It is publicly available and stored at the building office.

TERRITORIAL PLAN OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BYSTRIČANY - AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTATION No. 3
Members of the municipal council at their meeting on September 29, 2021 approved the final version of the zoning plan – Zoning Plan of the Municipality of Bystričany - Amendments and Supplements No. 3. The documentation was prepared by the company AGS ateliér – authorized architect Ing. arch. Gabriel Szalay in the total amount of 9,360 euros excluding VAT (11,232 euros including VAT), while the municipality received a non-refundable financial contribution for this project from the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic in the amount of 7,488 euros.
